The world is your oyster and we are experimenting! We do not handle clothes, apparel, or items that are damaged, missing parts, or defective. If you have an idea of what you are interested in selling, you may complete our intake form under “Contact Us” and we will get back to you shortly!

Our model is straightforward. We are commission-based and we charge a 30% commission on all items sold so we are incentivized to advocate for you and the highest value for your items as they sell.

Not at this time. While we completely understand that you want your space back or make money from things you don’t need, it varies case-by-case. We keep things virtual until we have an interested buyer. As a full cycle sales service, we coordinate the process end-to-end with you leading up to the final exchange and keep you informed every step of the way.

Yes and no. We started our business in May 2025, and we are currently building partnerships with local movers for large items such as furniture to help with the full sales process experience. This will vary case-by-case as we work with buyers on the sale and final exchange of the items.

Our listing services are planned for 90-days and if they do not sell, we will work with you to determine if we should continue to sell your items. If you choose to part ways with your stuff and/or want your space back sooner than the 90-day timeframe, we will partner with you to provide alternative solutions so you can officially part ways with your stuff.
