I believe in a world of small businesses. I believe in leading with empathy and people-first solutions.
My reality changed in April 2023 after experiencing unemployment. I spent 10 years at top tech companies: Amazon, Microsoft, and Twitter, learning from the best and solving complex problems. This experience taught me how to build systems, efficient tools & processes, and creatively solve problems.
In November 2023, I took matters in my own hands and made a promise myself to do what excites me. I launched Pomelo, a factional consulting solution for small businesses to design positive customer experiences led by empathy and experience from competitive industry practices.
In May 2025, I expanded Pomelo to Pomelo Side Hustles, a business designed to help individuals and businesses sell their things online while we handle the full sales process, including the final sale and exchange.
