My reality changed I was impacted by the job market in 2023. I spent 10 years for top tech companies: Amazon, Microsoft, and Twitter, solving complex problems, streamlining industry best practices, and creating intuitive experiences all while helping businesses in a variety of industries run lean, efficient, and people-centric operations.
By November 2023, I officially took a leap of faith to start Pomelo, a fractional consulting firm based in Seattle, WA to help empower small businesses across the United States. My goal is to create the best world of small businesses because we simply can when small businesses feel confident, supported, and invested in their business operations.
I am not a business coach—my mission is to bring peace and freedom back to small businesses and small business owners by driving execution, outcomes, and strategic plans. With Pomelo, I am committed to building trust, delivering with integrity, and eliminating the feeling of being overwhelmed and alone as a small business and a small business leader.
