It all begins with connecting with us. We learn about what you want to sell, determine its condition, its market value, and partner with you on the sale process every step of the way. We handle the full sales process and final exchange so you don’t have to. Once we get paid, you get paid.

Our model is straightforward. We charge a 30% commission on all things sold, and a flat retainer fee for our time and commitment to sell your things. Flat retainer fees start at a $100 minimum depending on your inventory aka the items you want to sell, and the time and effort that goes into the assessment, research, and listing of your items.

Not at this time. While we completely understand that you want your space back or make money from things you don’t need, it varies case-by-case. We prefer that the owner holds onto their items until we have an interested buyer. We will coordinate the end to end sales process leading up to the final exchange and payment of goods.

Yes and no. We started our business in May 2025, so we are learning as we go and this depends case-by-case. Our goal is to make this as seamless of a process as possible for our clients and handle all final exchanges with our partners. We are partnering and building a network with local movers and helpers, so talk to us and we will assess!

We offer listing services for up to 90-days and we will work with you to determine if you would like to continue to list your items for sale. We also offer a disposal fee if you choose to want your space back sooner should the items not sell within the 90-day timeframe.
