  • It all begins with connecting with us. We learn about what you want to sell, determine its condition, market research its market value, and partner with you to provide pricing information so you can make an informed decision on what you want to sell. As a full cycle sales service, we handle it all including the final exchange. Once we make the final exchange, the buyer pays, we get paid, and you get paid—easy peasy!

  • The world is your oyster and we are still experimenting! We sell anything from furniture, common household items, sports equipment, electronics, things that you simply don’t need or want to declutter and more.   • Our model is straightforward. We charge a 30% commission on all items sold and a flat engagement fee as our time and commitment to handle the full sales process. Since we are a new business, we are committed to learning the market and we will only charge if you have sellable items. The best way to get an idea is to connect with us and schedule time. :)

  • Not at this time. While we completely understand that you want your space back or make money from things you don’t need, it varies case-by-case. We keep things virtual until we have an interested buyer so you can sell in the comfort of holding onto your items and keeping them there until we have a buyer. As a full cycle sales service, we coordinate the process end-to-end with you leading up to the final exchange.

  • Yes and no. We started our business in May 2025, so we are learning as we go and this depends case-by-case. Our goal is to make this as seamless of a process as possible for our clients and handle all final exchanges with our partners. We are partnering and building a network with local movers and helpers, so talk to us and we will assess!

  • Our listing services are planned for 90-days and if they do not sell, we will work with you to determine if we should continue to sell your items. If you choose to part ways with your stuff and/or want your space back sooner than the 90-day timeframe, we will partner with you to provide alternative solutions so you can officially part ways with your stuff!

  • Reselling your stuff allows us to keep things of value in circulation versus going straight to the dump. Our goal is to connect your stuff to people who want it so we know it can go to someone else to enjoy it. We are not only giving things of value another chance at life, but we are connecting stuff you don’t need to people who can use it—it is good for the environment, reduces waste, and gives your things a fighting chance of finding the right home so you can feel good about getting rid of stuff!
