  • It all begins with connecting with us. Tell us about your situation, items you want to sell, and we will work with you to see which of our services work the best for you depending on your situation. If we are selling your items, you can imagine us as your very own sales listing agent but for your stuff.

  • The world is your oyster and we are experimenting! We do not handle clothes, apparel, or items that are damaged, missing parts, or defective. If you have an idea of what you are interested in selling, you may complete our intake form under “Contact Us” and we will get back to you shortly!

  • Our model is straightforward. We are commission-based and we charge a 30% commission on all items sold so we are incentivized to advocate for you and the highest value for your items as they sell.

  • Not at this time. While we completely understand that you want your space back, it varies case-by-case. We keep things virtual and only take the item when we have an interested buyer. As a full cycle sales service, we coordinate the process end-to-end with you leading up to the final exchange and keep you informed every step of the way.

  • Yes and no. We started our business in May 2025, and we are currently building partnerships with local movers for large bulky items, such as furniture, to help with the full sales process experience. This will vary case-by-case as we work with buyers on the sale and final exchange of the items.

  • Our listing services are planned for 90-days and if they do not sell, we will work with you to determine if we should continue to sell your items. If you choose to part ways with your stuff and/or want your space back sooner than the 90-day timeframe, we will partner with you to provide alternative solutions so you can officially part ways with your stuff.

  • Not exactly. We are a mobile sales agent service that offers an alternative to people who simply want to sell in the comfort and privacy of their own space without hosting an official estate or garage sale because we focus on online listings and partnerships. If anything, we partner with estate and consignment shops to extend the life of completely sellable used goods.
