While we do not handle clothes and apparel, we have a bar for high quality items so items for sale need to be free of damage, missing parts, or defectiveness. Our model is straightforward. We are commission-based and we charge a 30% commission on all items sold so we are incentivized to advocate for you and the highest value for your items as they sell.

Not at this time. While we completely understand that you want your space back, it varies case-by-case. We keep things virtual and only take the item when we have an interested buyer. As a full cycle sales service, we coordinate the process end-to-end with you leading up to the final exchange and keep you informed every step of the way.

It depends and vary case-by-case. We have an amazing network of local partners who enable us to offer delivery on specific sale items. You as the seller do not need to worry about delivering a sale. We handle this for you and coordinate this with our partners and buyers as part of our frictionless resale sales experience. :)

While we are not able to guarantee the sale of all items, our listing services are planned for 90-days and if they do not sell, we will work with you to determine if we should continue to sell your items. If you choose to part ways with your items and/or want your space back sooner than the 90-day timeframe, we will partner with you to provide alternative solutions so you can officially part ways with your stuff.
